"...that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings,
being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead

Philippians 3:8-11 (NKJV)

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.  Genesis 1:1
There are many questions and theories about how the world began.  Some do not understand or believe that God created the heavens and the earth in literally six days.  Regardless of what man chooses to believe, the Scriptures give a clear and detailed account of how the Lord created not only the heavens and the earth but mankind and every living creature as well.

As followers of Christ, we are bombarded with an abundance of explanations about Creation and those explanations point to almost everything but God.  It is during those times that we must trust and rely upon the absoluteness, sufficiency, and supremacy of the Scriptures and trust that our heavenly Father’s words are true.  The Lord chose to reveal the origin of the creation of every living thing in His word.  By revealing the origin of creation, He is also demonstrating His love, His power, His wisdom, and His might.

When you are presented with creation theories that omit God as the Creator, remember those that doubt the Creation account also doubt the Creator.  God’s divine nature and power are clearly visible since creation (Romans 1:20).  Continue to remain steadfast to the Lord and meditate on His truth and not the finite rationale of man.  God is the Alpha and the Omega.  Just as He determined the beginning of the world, He has also determined the end and we as believers must trust Him and believe His word from the very beginning to the very end.

"Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain,
But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised." Proverbs 31:30

I am a woman of God, who by the grace of God, is seeking to know and love Christ more through the study of His Word and I am joyfully walking this journey with others that desire the same.  I thank God for your desire to know and love Him more!
